Can I have multiple PayPal accounts?

I have a business account on PayPal and I want to know if I can create a second account for personal?

Yes you are allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts as long as 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.

Thank you so much @kernowlass , I have a question about if I can open both accounts on the same browser? and can I use the same ID number and everything else for both accounts?

You would need to use separate email addresses as an email address 'identifies' a paypal account.

You would also need to use another bank account / cards as you can't use the same ones on x2 accounts.

Not sure why a browser would make any difference and sorry not sure about phone number.
