Can I get back my 1.50 EU (the verification code was not valid)

Hello,

I need help, I tried adding my card to my Paypal account, and the PayPal fee for the verification code was 1.50 EU. 

The problem is a few months passed cause I forgot about it, and now I tried using the code- but it's not valid anymore. Can I get my 1.50 EU back, or another code for free... or it's lost?

If you go to the card section there should be an option to re-send the code.

When you then verify it with that code the second fee would be refunded.

The first one as un-used should have already timed out and been returned to your card a few months back.
