Can I change my account from a business account to a personal one?

I have a business account that I I signed us up as a "business" errantly and now I'm being asked for an employer ID which we don't have. I need to withdraw the funds and have no problem giving up my SSN or whatever information they need for confirmation, but apparently I can only do if it's a personal account. is tehre a way to downgrade it?

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
