Can I change my account business type from Trust to Individual/Sole trader? I need to change this as I am no longer operating under the trust.
The business type tab in account settings is greyed out and my account has been restricted because I need to verify the trust but I dont want to operated under the trust anymore anyway.
You will not be able to downgrade an account from a business legal entity to a Personal account. You will need to close this account and open a new Personal one.
Once the account is closed, you will be able to open a new account with the same email address. If you don't close the account, you will not be able to use the same email address as they cannot be registered to two accounts.
