Can I Terminate my account?

hello..I am Samuel from Ghana and somehow i managed to create a paypal account in 2018.. I still don't remember.

Is there a way i can receive the $5 paypal credited in my account?

If not how do i delete my account or terminate it permanently because i see no use of the account since I am not residing in the United States.

Paypal is not available or supported in Ghana and a U.S paypal account would never work for you, click on the settings icon next to log out and see if you can close it using that option on the left side of the page.
