Can I Recover My Retracted PayPal Account

Hello PayPal Team,

I am violence PayPal Policy by mistake during my PayPal learning period, but i really that it is done by mistake, So can i recover my account it is possible or not, please help me to recover my account.

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

We appreciate that you are interested in re-opening your account, however, once it has been closed it cannot be re-opened. You can open a new one with the same email address but it will not include the previous account transactions.
