COMPROMISED ACCOUNT!

I called Paypal to close an Paypal account previously.

 

The rep assured me it is all done and such.

 

But boom, today, I received an email saying that I need to confirm my email for my Paypal account which suppose to be closed.

 

I was totally shocked! So that is why I am here to ask if anyone / a Paypal rep could help me with the issue?!

 

I could give more details ... but hopefully I could greet someone here first...

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
