CLosing account

I've been trying to close my account and get a message that there is a pending transaction.  I have cancelled all automatic transactions, and do not see anything pending therefore I should be able to close this account.  Any tips?

If you fund a payment via a bank account then paypal always credit the seller upfront and paypal take the wait for the bank transfer to process to pay them back again.

As paypal use the slowest electronic transfers it can take up to a week post payment.
