CHANGING MY ACCOUNT FROM CANADA TO KENYA

Hello,

I am a new paypal user and I made a mistake when opening my account. I chose the wrong country and account type.

I would like to withdraw the amounts in the account and close it, however it requires a linked account. 

I am unable to do so as my country's bank options are not available.

Please help

As you can't verify an account that is not in your own country then its very unlikely you can withdraw or do anything with those funds.

You should really have opened an account in your own country.
