Hi.i mistook when signing up i put United States as my country instead of Kenya and now i can't withdraw money.

You need to open a paypal account in your own country and then see if you can 'send' the funds to your new account.

If you can't then you may have to contact customer services to see if they can do it for you.

However as you would never be able to verify a U.S paypal account your funds 'may' be lost to you.
