CANT Confirm Mobile Number

Hello, I have been trying to confirm my new cell phone number for days now and I’m just not receiving the confirmation code from PayPal? I tried on my old cell phone number and that didn’t work either. So now with my new phone i called today and the lady said she sent the code and it still had NOT come through. Please help me with what to do it’s really important. Thanks

I tried to confirm my mobile cell, cannot receive SMS confirmation code.

Contacted overseas call center ...... NOT VERY HELPFUL!!!!!

Tried email and that did not work either.

These guys had Great Customer Service ............. WHAT HAPPENED????
