CAN'T REACH ANY COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I have a new freaking phonenumber and dumped the old one. Now I can't verify my Paypal account anymore and so not log in! TRIED EVERYTHING to reach the costumer service via phone, they won't pick up and the message center is not working?? Excuse me? This is NOT OKAY. Paypal is not safe to use anymore this way. I need to be able to access my account and get help.

You should add your new number before removing the old one so this doesn't happen.


Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I did change my number twice, and even put it to preferred number, but for some reason it keeps on asking me for my old Dutch phone number (I moved to the US). I have tried everything and no response, phone isn’t available and messenger idem dito. I can’t touch anything in my account right now because I can’t log in. Just imagine Paypal being your main financial service. 😁
