Hello i'm currently residing in the Philippines so i closed my paypal account in the united states and opened up a Philippino paypal account but it won't let me add the same bank account that i used for my us account keeps telling me that i can't add this account because it's allready linked to another account so i called them and they said to give it 24 hrs that was 4 days ago any suggestions please i'm all ears?!!
