Buyer wants purchase sent to different address

How does she add another address to her profile? Does it have to be done before she pays?

For paypal seller protection you have to send to the paypal registered address of the buyer that is show on the paypal payment receipt.

So yes she has to add the gift address to her paypal account and select that address when she goes to send the payment.
