I set this account up for my daughter's business and PayPal automatically linked me to this account. I don't want to be on it. I have my own account. Please advise on how to change this. Thank you

If you didn't put your name or any personal information on the account and did not add your own email address then how could paypal have linked you to it?

I used my phone number. But I put her information. They used my email based off my phone number. Her email isn't even on the account.

CHANGE THE EMAIL.

Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and add another/new email address first > verify it > go back and click on update and tick the box underneath that says make primary > then you should get the remove option by the old now no longer primary email. You can remove that one or leave it on as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.

CHANGE THE PHONE NUMBER.
