Are you able to request a check as a way to withdraw from your account with your Personal Account? If it does and upgrade to business account, you can find out by clicking "Request A Check" if that option is available and see what name the check will be on the check without completing the request.
Note that Kenya PayPal accounts can only withdraw to US Bank account.
