Business account help

Hi all,

I set up a business account last year to manage payments for a new small business. Now as I attempt my profit/loss for the EOFY 2018/2019, it appears as though I have a personal account and not a business account (for the following reasons).

Firstly, I am unable to add multiple users. I have gone to settings and it does not provide the option to add other users, which should be available in the business account. 

Secondly, I can log into Paypal and see all my personal transactions mixed up with my business ones. 

 

If anyone can provide clarification on the following questions, I'd appreciate your help. 

1. How do I check if I have a business or personal account?

2. Can I separate my personal transactions from business? 

3. How can I add another user?

4. How can I export csv report of business transactions from my Ipad (which I use as point of sale), when it says email is not available from my device (I've tried to download the PayPal here app to my PC to access greater functionality but it apparently is not available). 

 

Any thoughts appreciated.
