Business account, close account.

Every time when i click close business account it says "Your account can't be closed. Please contact Customer Service to resolve outstanding issues with your account." How to close it?

Please contact customer service for assistance, you must resolve outstanding problems with your account before you can close it:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
