Business account - Email not provided

Wisdom of the crowd wanted. 🙂

We have a corporate account for our company XXX at company.com. We created a separate user YYY, and gave all the rights to him.
Now when we look at the user's data in user management, it shows the following:
Personal information
User ID YYY
Email Not provided
Phone Number Not provided

How do we provide email and phone number for this specific user?

PS: By the way, is there any way to send a message to Paypal's support regarding this? Send us email on the website doesn't work: Sorry, we're unable to display this information. Please try again soon.

Is there an Edit button to click and edit the information?

 

If you give your user the "Money Movement" permission, this user will need to complete verification.

 

Perhaps have the user log in with their User ID and password to input this information.

 

For further assistance:  

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

 

Or do PayPal Chat by clicking HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US during business hours.
