I ended up deleting my account because nobody seems to be able to help me. The fact that PayPal goes out their way to avoid providing a support number and then the fact that the person answering the call (after 50 minutes) can't help me and has to put me back on hold for another 48 minutes before I disconnected.  You want me to once again upload documents verifying my business and then provide NO MEANS for doing so is beyond crazy.  We will go to a different vendor for our needs.
