Business Signup Glitch

I tried to switch to a business account, and then decided not to. Now I can't get back to my dashboard because it keeps redirecting me to the business signup page. Please help Smiley Frustrated

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

That is not what I meant. I did not complete the process of changing to a business account. I decided halfway through the process that I did not want a business account. Now whenever I log in with that account, it takes me back to the "biz signup" and I cannot access anything else.

I went to paypal.com/login and then logged out of the account completely, then logged back in and that seems to have fixed the problem :))
