Business Account set up

Hi,

I thought I was setting up a new business account. After filling out the fields and putting everything in place, the new account defaulted to my old personal account. The I click on upgrade to a business account I am asked for a business type, I then click on the "Create a PayPal Business Account". I am then prompted for an email address which I submit. I then receive a message "

  • Looks like this email address was used to sign up for a personal account. You can log in and turn your personal account into a business account.

I log back in and get sent back to the Business type prompt.

How can I upgrade to / or create a Business account.
