Business Account Verification

I created this PayPal account to recieve Youtube Livestream donations from StreamlabsOBS. When the time came to verify the account, I decided it was not necessary so I sent a .png saying, "This is for Youtube so I dont think I need to do this." Obviously, these did not get verified. Now, I would like to return the account to a personal account, but I cannot return it to a personal account without the business account being verified, which I do not want to do for personal safety reasons. What do I do? How can I return it to a personal account?

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
