Business Account Not Mine

Hello, I have tried explaining my situation via the Help Center, Resolution Center and Message Center. I cannot get ahold of an agent over the phone either and all the responses I have gotten via email are automated and are not helping. Someone I do not know added themselves to my personal account, added their business, and address. PayPal does not let me cancel the account and I do not know what do you. I removed my address, and bank and cc accounts already. Does anyone know what I can do to correct this and cancel the account? This person must have all my info now...
