Bugged Provide information about your account thing.

Its been like 2 months now with this bug and no one responds to the support emails...
Anyway. Your additional information alert is bugged or something.
I filled out all the information required and uploaded papers and all like 3 months ago but I still get this "Provide information about your account."

And when I click on it, all the checkmarks are green and it says all is done, but when I go back to the main page that alert keeps popping up.
How can this be fixed?

Are you able to use your account and is it just the alert notifications still there after your account was restored; it takes a while for the notifications to disappear in such cases. If your account has not been restored to normal standing or not usable and you want to follow up, call customer service:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
