hi i’m trying to figure out about confirming my identity, i keep trying to add a picture of my license but it won’t be no bigger than 3.9 mb when it says it has to be 2 max so it won’t let me upload it

Reduce the image size, Google how to do it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
