Hello there Paypal I'm using this forum to reach out for help because my brothers PayPal account can't be open he forgot he's password and phone number is already lost however he still have access on the email that is registered to that paypal. Is there a way to contact paypal support without calling
its hard to contact paypal support center because the first thing you need is to login before you can make any contact on the support community
P.S he already tried answering secret question but he thinks the already problem is he mispelled the answer
