can anyone help PayPal have been holding £66.14 sterling pounds in my account for over 6 months it was a money transfer paid to me when I try to transfer the money to my account it keeps saying there is a problem but no explanation ref the problem
I think this is illegal on their part but find it impossible to make contact with anyone from PayPal
