Blocking future payments

How do I block future payments that have already been canceled. iTunes/Xbox, is marked as inactive on my account yet payments are still going through. I thought when I put it as an active it would be blocked, however my son just made a purchase. Do I need to cancel my PayPal account to get this straight?

Hello @Jndsmomm.

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community forums for assistance. I'm sorry to hear that your son is making payments using your PayPal account information. Do you see these payments in your activity log? I would recommend changing your password and security questions to ensure your son does not have access to your PayPal account.

Thank you so much. That’s totally what it was...my computer had saved my password so when the login popped up on the screen, he was able to logon automatically. I’ve changed my password, so the problem should be solved now. Thanks!
