So the problem is that right now im living in the Philippines right now and my credit card and billing address is Australia. So when Im trying to change the billing address the only choice I have is to change it in another address here in the Philippines, while I want to change it to an address which is in Australia.
Please this is urgent, I hope someone can help me asap
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
