I just want to ask why on my last purchase is staying Afghanistan when my information with PayPal is totally different and includes my correct country??
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
You may want to check information in the records of your merchant and update this.
