Best email address to contact Paypal

Does anyone have an actual email address I can send a message to Paypal ? They've decided to close my account without warning but haven't sent me an email telling me this so I have nothing to provide to companies who need this confirmation before sending money to my card rather than Paypal. I need an email confirming account closure and Paypal are not contactable. Their messaging system tells me to message during office hours even though I already am doing that, I can't find an email, and when I call I get an automated voice that tells me they can't resolve my problem. 

When you have a problem with Paypal they just don't want to know and are the most difficult company to deal with.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
