Been trying to link my account for 2 weeks, no success!!

Hi guys,

 

I keep getting an error message when I type in my National Id #, even though I'm typing in my correct ID#.  I spent 2 weeks uploading photos and sending messages back and forth with the PayPal help team to add my middle name to my account name.  So, finally got that done after much hassle, added the middle name.  However, it's still saying I'm not putting in the correct ID #.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I'm trying to link my bank account so I can transfer a payment.

You have a South Korean paypal account so can i confirm you are actually a resident in SK?
