I did a Bank transfer to paypal 3 days ago & my bank has cleared the amount paypal is saying it's processing/ pending and the balance remains the what it was. Why is this happening the funds are available & have been removed from my account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
