Hi guys...My account sadly got limited and PayPal told me to submit my bank account statement as one of the ways to get my account back...I don't have a bank account and here in kenya PayPal partnered with mobile wallet provider "Mpesa" for us to link our PayPal accounts with. My question is can I provide my Mpesa statement as an alternative to the bank account since this is what I have linked my account with and again what I have been transacting using. ?
