The problem is im linking my Bank account for the very first time, again never been used before. Then Paypal keeps saying the account has beehn linked before. If this is true then why cant Paypal prove it? Becuase if this is true then my bank account has been used without my knowledge. why does paypal not have proper email support. I need help from paypal itself to resolve this. and stop linking that bot answer
