Bank account not displayed correctly as a way of payment

Good morning, 

 

I have been having a problem  with my PayPal account since some days. When I created the account, I linked my bank account to my PayPal profile and put it as a preferred way of payment. Until some days ago it worked just fine, but now, for some strange reason, if I proceed with an online payment, the bank account is not displayed as a way of payment. How is this possible? Thank you.

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

Is the direct debit mandate still showing in your online banking for paypal and you have not cancelled it?
