Bank account name and user name are different

Hey There!

I entered my bank account details which were incorrect, so it's someone else's bank account. However, I sold some products online and got paid here on Paypal. Those funds were withdrawn to that bank account and it shows the transaction is COMPLETED. Is there a way to reverse this transaction?
