Bank account locked, added wrong amount to verify bank account

hello

 

So I made a little mistake by adding the wrong amount of money to verify that that bank account was mine and now it says that that bank account is locked, I googled this problem end people said I should contact support but I'm unable to send an email to customer service for some reason. I hope I can fix it this way.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
