I want to add bank account to my Paypal, but it is saying maximum confirmation tries exceeded , I contacted paypal vial mail and I provided them with the relevant documents. I have problem with the call , so I asked them, they told me to use "Live Chat " help . But I did not find it in browser I have pressed "contact us" option but "live chat" is missing . Please help me with this issue.
