Bank account and credit card verification problem

Hi 

I am from Indian. I make a PayPal account some days ago. I enter all identification completely.

But my Indian bank account not linked to the PayPal account. I enter 3 time confirmation deposits from paypal ented wrong and naw may bank account and credit card is not link so plz solve this issue
