I've made some widthdrawals on April 9th, and they are still "pending" on Paypal side.
How long can it takes maximum before Paypal complete them? This is the first time it happens. I know normally it takes 24 hours to get to my bank account once they are completed, but I'm wondering on Paypal side why it take so long and what can be the longer I need to expect waiting.
