Bank Account limitation

Hello. I wanted to connect my bank account to my paypal, but it says that my bank account can not be connected as has limit of connections. 
This bank account was connected to my another paypal but i deleted it a long time ago, so now normally my bank ccount is not connected to any paypal. Can you help me please?

Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts. - But is not connected

You can only add a bank account to any paypal account x3 times in that banks lifetime, if you have added it that amount of times then you can't add it again unfortunately.
