Bank Account Linking

Hello!

My bank account will not link to my PayPal. The names are the same on both. I have linked, and unlinked this same bank account from my PayPal in the past. Please help.

You can only link a bank account x twice in its lifetime, if you try and add it a 3rd time then it won't link.

The idea is you don't keep linking and unlinking it all the while.
