@Icab, If your account balance is negative, we suggest that you review your recent activity to find out why. If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, please report it immediately through the Resolution Center. If your account balance is negative because of insufficient funds, please resolve it as soon as possible. Here's how: Click Add Money below the negative balance. Select one of the options available to you and follow the instructions. If you mail us a check, money order or cashier's check: Make the payment payable to PayPal Inc.
