I had an old paypal account linked with my card , then I closed my old paypal account . today I opened a new paypal account , because paypal protect me in eBay . the problem my new account refuses and rejects my credit card .
I need to link my paypal account with my card , because I am about to buy an expensive item , i need protection . plz help me
