Auto-fill Password pop-up — "Never for This Site" How to remove?

(OS: Mac Big Sur)  Got distracted, clicked "Never for This Site" when autofill-password choices popped-up doing ebay checkout.  now I can't use Paypal on ebay.

 

Please, community, how do I restore Paypal as a viable choice on the affected site?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
