Authenticity problem when trying to get access to my account.

I’m having problems once I login it then goes to authentication page and says will phone/text but I cannot get past this just keeps calling and nothing happens?

Is the phone verified on your paypal account?

Is it a mobile and not landline as only mobile used for verification.

Is it a UK issued phone?

Is it registered in your name only?
