A bogus address has tried to access my account. Paypal says if I didn't enter the address to go to resolution center. I try to go there and they ask for a six digit code from my "authenticator app." what is that? I don't have that app. I entered I was having trouble signing on and they sent a six digit code to my phone but I still can't find a way to tell them the new address on my account is bogus. Any help?
