I'm struggling to log into my account. I see a message saying authentication is required, however, the phone number listed is no longer in use. I can't see any way to update this without logging in first?

Hello, PayPal any suggestions on how to resolve these issues? I cant text message for a help center because I have to log in to my PayPal account. I can't log in because that phone number where verification code comes it lost ages ago. I can't change my phone number. I have to pay bills and everything stopped!
